If you plan to prescribe controlled substances (EPCS), it's recommended that you add that now (no cost).  Adding it later would require another $99 onboarding fee.

Your purchase puts you in queue for onboarding in the order of your purchase. There are currently 21 people in the queue.

Prescribe confidently. BodySite Prescribe is fully HIPAA-compliant and DEA/EPCS-ready. Powered by DrFirst, it automatically checks for drug interactions, allergies, and dosage issues.

Fully embedded. The entire interface is available in the patient record so you can directly send electronic prescriptions.

Integrated log in. No need to log in anywhere else. Once you're in BodySite, you're in DrFirst.

Controlled substances? You bet. At no additional cost, add EPCS to your account so you can prescribe controlled substances (if you have the proper credentials).

Do I need a BodySite account?  Yes. A subscription to the BodySite platform is required and prescribing is an additional fee of $40 / month plus a one-time onboarding up fee of $99.

Is PDMP required?  No. But it is recommended for any practice likely to prescribe controlled substances.  The cost is an additional $5 / month plus a one-time onboarding up fee of $499.

Are the fees per provider?  Each provider who will be sending prescriptions is required to pay the $99 onboarding fee and $40/month.

What about clinical staff?  You can allow members of your staff to view and manage prescriptions but only credentialed prescribers may send prescriptions.

US practices only.  ePrescribing is currently only available in the United states and is not available in Canada or other countries.
Add Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) optionally to check which controlled substances have been prescribed to patients.
